Hound Town Dog Training & Behaviour Advice Policy

I promise to give you practical advice and guidance & ongoing support to help you and your dog achieve a positive training programme. I aim to guide you in a way that is easy to understand using  fun, kind and effective training methods.

I hope you understand that I have to include this written policy in the interest of your safety and responsibility of your dog.

1.Positive training methods are used. I have a no harsh/punishment technique policy.

2. Some outdoor training sessions in local parks may occur so owners are expected to clean up after their pet and to keep dogs/puppys on leads at all times unless told otherwise by myself.

3.Unfortunately refunds cannot be made after a training programme has commenced, except in exceptional circumstances decided by Lucy.

4.I will make every effort to ensure you and your dog/puppy are kept safe whilst training. I cannot be held liable for any loss or damage of your property, or for the loss, injury or death of your dog/puppy whislt training.

5.Children are welcome to attend training sessions but in the sake of safety, anyone under the age of 16 must be with an adult at all times.

6.Payment is kindly requested before or by no later than the first training session in full. Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash.

7.If your dog is not well or just recovering from surgery then we can postpone the training session until your dog has recovered. Puppys must be atleast 8 weeks old and need to have had their full vaccinations to participate in training sessions.

8.cancellation policy. I understand that sometimes you may have to cancel a training session however cancellations within 48 hours will unfortunately incur a 50% charge. Cancellations  within 24 hours will be charged at the full rate.
